Ocean Palms Villas are a fractional ownership property located in Port Royal Plantation on Hilton Head Island, SC. Designer furnished 2 & 3 bedroom condominiums and townhomes, with each villa having 5 deeded owner units (1/5th ownership). Each owner has 10 weeks of usage per year spread out on a schedule of five 2 week increments (see “Budgets & Calendars” on site menu). Two weeks per year are set aside for maintenance.
The property consists of 96 villas with two separate 2 bedroom condominium floorplans as well as a spacious 3 bedroom townhouse. Each villa property comes fully equipped and ready for use, with added features such as a wireless internet service, jacuzzi tubs, multiple flatscreen tv’s, and stereo system. There are two separate on site swimming pools, with outdoor barbecue and picnic areas overlooking peaceful lagoons and golf course views.

Owners and guests at Ocean Palms Villas check-in and check-out at The Westin Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa, and during their stay have use of many of the resort amenities such as the fitness center, the oceanfront pools and towel service, as well as the convenience of the hotel shuttle which runs regularly through the property. The Westin Resort in Port Royal Plantation offers a convenient shuttle service to golf, beach and tennis.
HERITAGE GOLF GROUP GOLF & TENNIS AMENITIES PACKAGE
Owners and guests at Ocean Palms Villas get one tee time per day for up to 4 players and each pay cart fee only at both the Port Royal Golf Club and the Shipyard Golf Club. They also receive one hour reserved court time per day at the Port Royal Racquet Club.
VILLA AMENITIES
The Villas feature entertainment centers with TVs and DVD players, as well as ceiling fans and luxurious baths. Fully equipped kitchens include microwaves, dishwashers, and washer/dryers. Many villas have screened porches, wet bars, and their own whirlpool tubs. There are also two private pools, BBQ grills, and an outdoor whirlpool tub within the complex.

A 1300 square foot 2 bedroom and 2 bath interior condominium unit, fully appointed and furnished with a back deck. These first floor units have views overlooking peaceful lagoons, golf course, or either of the two onsite swimming pools.

A 1350 square foot 2 “master” bedrooms and 2 bath exterior condominium unit, fully appointed and furnished with a screened porch as well as a back deck. These first and second floor units have views overlooking peaceful lagoons, golf course, and either of the two onsite swimming pools.
